How do I delete my account?

Inside the App, go to Settings → Delete Account. The deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.

How do I change my email or password?

Open Settings inside the App. You can update your email and request a password reset from there.

What does Mino do with my data?

We use it to personalise the AI coach and daily tasks. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train external AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

How do I report a bug or inappropriate content?

Email hello@mino-app.com with a screenshot and a description. We respond to safety reports within 24 hours.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Mino. You can cancel or change your plan at any time.
